A thirteenth chapter RELIABILITY AND DIFFERENTIATION OF HUMAN-CONFLICT NEEDS "It is not enough just to have a good mind. The key is to use it well." RENE DESCARTES The man is undoubtedly the most complex creature on earth with the most comprehensive inner life. Most of the animals is guided by only the genetically inherited instincts, and only a few have a more developed intellectual sphere. But man is a hundred Kroc more complicated than any other living organism on earth. I am not talking only about the physical complications but mainly I am interested in psychological complexity. Man is the only living creature capable of contact with their instincts and thus behavior. We are so very rich inner life that no time is it cause of our dilemma and dilemmas. On human behavior, affect not only the instincts, as is the case with animals, but many other factors. Somewhat simplified we can say that our behavior is the result of our: beliefs, circumstances, decisions, values and needs. In this chapter we will riddle of human needs as the rest of the determinants of human behavior has had time to discuss in the preceding chapters. | | |
